Allison Transmission Raises Guidance After Strong Q3 2026 Results
Allison Transmission posted record quarterly net sales and lifted its revenue, earnings, and cash flow outlook for the second straight quarter.
Allison Transmission reported third-quarter 2026 net sales of $1,534 million, a 121% increase compared with the same period a year earlier, driven in large part by the addition of the Allison Off-Highway business unit, which was folded into the company at the start of the year on January 1, 2026.
The quarter also produced a record $881 million in net sales for the legacy Allison transmission segment, underscoring robust demand across the company's core commercial and defense vehicle markets even before accounting for the newly acquired off-highway operations.

For the second consecutive quarter, management raised its full-year guidance across revenue, earnings, and cash flow metrics — a signal that executives have grown increasingly confident in the durability of demand trends and the integration trajectory of the off-highway acquisition.

Analysts and investors typically view consecutive upward revisions as a meaningful indicator of management visibility into forward demand.
